*(prior to) job fairs: Rick will not present the day of or even the day before a job fair. Minimum scheduling is 2 days prior to the event. It is not good practice for a job seeker to learn just prior to walking into a career fair that they are not prepared to do so. Recognizing this fact Rick maintains a policy that he will present no later than 2 days prior to a job fair giving his audience time to properly prepare. Best practice is for an organization to host Rick the week prior.
